Was the lakes district health board paid to have the Sri Lankan "fellow" Dr Malarchchi out in NZ carrying out surgeries
How many times had he performed surgeries at the Lakes District Health Board previously
How many surgeries did he perform whilst in NZ
What was the complete amount of monies received by the Lakes District Health Board for having Dr Malarchchi "trained" by themselves?
What is the total amount of money received by the Lakes DHB for being involved as a "teaching hospital"
Who was that money was received from ?
