1) From 1 January 2019 - Present could you please provide information as to how many Residents have been made liable under the following provisions of the Immigration Act

Section 155 - 156 - 157 - 158 - 159 - 160 - 161 - 162 - 163

If possible could it please be separated for each specific part of the Act example
155 - 2
156 - 3

2) From 1 January 2019 - Present could you indicate how many Residents have actually been deported from New Zealand and if available, which provision made them liable in the first place

We are currently working on the response to your Official Information Act
request of 18 February 2020 regarding resident visa holders made liable
for deportation and deported.

 

Please note that a response to your request was due today, 16 April 2020. 
We hope to be able to send the response to your request very shortly
however due to the current situation with Level 4 Covid-19 there have been
some operational impacts which have led to some delays.
