Dear New Zealand Police,
I reside in New Zealand and would like to receive the following information.
(1) The date at which the New Zealand Police were first formally advised of the New Zealand First Foundation in an official capacity. For clarity this includes either the complaint made by the electoral commission on February 10 or any advice given by any other party to investigate the foundation.
(2) When did the New Zealand First party formally make police aware of their intention for the foundation to be investigated to ensure it complied with all relevant legislation.
(3) When did the New Zealand First party first make police aware of their intention for the alleged 'leaker' of party documents to be investigated
