The Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 requires that we advise you of our decision on whether the Council will provide the requested information or not "as soon as reasonably practicable", no later than 20 working days after the day we received your request. We will respond to you no later than 20 February 2020.

I have received from Hamilton City Council today a copy of your request
described above on 5 February 2020.  A response will be provided as soon
as possible but in any event no later than Thursday 5 March 2020.

I refer to your information request of 22 January 2020 where you made a request in respect of Bee Concession Cards.

We have transferred your request to Waikato Regional Council. The information you requested is not held by Hamilton City Council, but is believed to be held by Waikato Regional Council.
In these circumstances we are required by section 12 of the LGOIMA to transfer your request.
