Please provide a copy of the application and all supporting documentation.
Given that the applicant company, Te Ara Hou.Kennedy Bay Ltd , was only
registered on 6th May 2020, how did Council verify the applicant's
statements of landowner support and public consultation for this
application? Please provide documentation. Yours faithfully, S C McKee

 

I require clarity for the following please:

 

Definition of Supporting documentation: - what specifically are you
defining as supporting documentation.  Is it reports to the committee,
memos, pre application notes?

 

For the application that you are seeking, I have been advised that your
request as written, there could be a considerable amount of information to
have to review and without clarification I would be seeking to refuse that
aspect of the request under Section 17 (f) of LGOIMA due to the
substantial collation and/or research.

 

Clarity from you to define the term “supporting documentation” should
reduce the time and research required to identify information applicable
to your request.

Bay Ltd, I would like to advise you that your request has been granted,
subject to the consideration of information that may be withheld to
protect the natural privacy of persons (LGOIMA Section 7(2)(a)).

It will take us some time to prepare that information for release.
We anticipate we will send you the information as soon as possible but in
any event by 17 September 2020.
