Dear Department of Conservation, thank you
for your reply. As a resident of Minginui I am disseminating this information to local people who wish to know what is happening.
Given the close proximity of the use of this deadly poison to this town, up to date information should be openly available. Instead it is applied in a veil of secrecy.
Could you please send another copy of the map. The one included is unreadable.
Thankyou
Yours faithfully,
Andy Blick

Department of Conservation
Dear Mr Blick
Thank you for your further email of 14 February 2020.
Please find attached another copy of the Whirinaki operation map, showing
the treatment area, as requested.
Again this map illustrates the total treated area for the Whirinaki
operation that occurred on 11 and 13 December 2019.
The flight paths are illustrated as lines across the yellow treatment
area.
Please note that the South West border of this operation is contiguous
with the Waipunga Public Health Unit permission area held by Ospri.
Kind regards
Department of Conservation
