Hamilton City Council have prepared the information responsive to your request and it is available for release. The information consists of a summary and copies of Building Consents issued for Northmall, Ulster Street from the year 2000 to present.

However the file is too large to send by email. Can you please provide a USB and we can upload the information onto it.

Hamilton City Council recently received a notice of investigation into our
decision to withhold information under section 6(a) of the LGOIMA.

 

Having reviewed our original response, we agree with your complaint that
the location of security cameras should be disclosed. Please find attached
the locations of our city’s crime prevention CCTV cameras.

Hamilton City Council is committed to providing efficient and transparent
responses to requests for information and ensuring the best possible
outcomes for the citizens of our city. We trust that providing this
information continues our commitment to that outcome.

 

We also welcome feedback from our requesters and would encourage you to
