Dear Sir,

 

I refer to your enquiry regarding the Kaikohe-Hokianga Community Board,
and advise that the Far North District Council has not fixed an overall
limit in dollar terms within which expenditure may be incurred by the
Board.  However the Board’s ability to incur expenditure is restricted as
it is only able to act within its delegated powers.  A copy of the
delegations is attached.
