Hi Alan

I am working on the response to this request and am already working on the
response to  your earlier request dated 9 October 2019 asking for:

1. Copies of the Incident Action Reports for the first 10 days of the
Pigeon Valley Fire as prepared by the FENZ IMT.

2. The written advice, forecasts, predictions, trigger points and other
advice as given to the Tasman District Council Incident Controller with
specific regard to his decision to proceed with the evacuation of the town
of Wakefield (confirmed around noon on the 8th of Feb).

The differences in the two requests is largely in the period covered by
the IAPs.  Are you able to confirm whether you are ok with me treating
this latest request as clarification of the period you want the IAPs for?

Kind regards

Kathryn

Dear Kathryn,

My apologies, the second request was an error. I had forgotten that I had already submitted the earlier request when I reviewed my list of my outstanding action items that related to the study I am doing.

Can you please consider them as one with the time frame of the latest request being the period of the IAPs.

Thank you,

Alan Thompson
