Did the Ernst and Young audit report, during October into Fuel Card Use
by Mike Tana, find that Mr Tana had used the fuel card in a way that was
illegal, or outside of the conditions of its use?

If the answer the is Yes, please provide the details of what Mr Tana did
wrong.
If the answer is No, why has Porirua City Council, not made a statement
that this is the case and that he has not done anything wrong?
