We have received your Official Information Act Request seeking

 

A) the maximum permitted RFEMR exposure limit in NZ in microwatts/cm2

B) how limit is NZ is justified and considered safe for New Zealanders
considering the far stricter limits in many other countries

 

As this function is within our portfolio, we have accepted transfer of
parts A and B from Minister Faafoi’s office.

 

We received the transfer of your request on Wednesday 16^th of October,
therefore we will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible
and in any event no later than 20 working days. If we are unable to
