Subject: Official Information Act request - WIAL contract Stewart Duff Drive

Dear Wellington City Council,

I would be interested to find out in what year the road through the
Wellington International Airport, namely Stewart Duff Drive, was
handed over to the airport to become a private road.

I would also like to know if there were any obligations put on the
airport to continue to provide public access on Stewart Duff Drive,
particularly for residents of Moa Point Road.

In addition, I would like to know who is responsible for upkeep of
the road and associated infrastructure, like street lights,
stormwater, road signs and general road surface maintenance and if
the airport pays for all these services.
