Review of CIMS Version 2
Alan Thompson made this Official Information request to National Emergency Management Agency
The request was successful.
From: Alan Thompson
Dear Ministry of Civil Defence & Emergency Management,
The Ministry of CD&EM has recently hosted and led the review of the Coordinated Incident Management System (CIMS Version 2). This review after four years was agreed at the time Version 2 was approved. The Stakeholders invited to and/or attending the Ministry’s meetings included all of the emergency services and other agencies who are required to use our national standard for incident management.
Under the provisions of the Official Information Act I request copies of the minutes and associated documents for each of the meetings as convened by the Ministry for the purpose of a reviewing CIMS 2 as a precursor to publishing a Version 3.
Thank you.
Alan Thompson
