In your capacity as Minister for Building and Construction, I would like to request any information or advice you have received on increasing the use of solar technology on new builds, particularly multi-unit dwellings and new commercial buildings.

Have you considered introducing incentives or requirements for new builds of these kinds to include solar panels, batteries, or other forms of local energy generation? Given that office buildings tend to be primarily occupied during the day, I feel supporting or requiring the adoption of new technology could have significant benefits, especially if distributed networks like this could also support the grid during peak times.
