Please provide models used to calculate the carbon impact of a CIAL or Tarras related solar system for Central Otago including:

1. The calculation and values assumed for embodied carbon for the panels, installation, substation infrastructure and electricity lines connecting to the national grid
2. The calculation for carbon saving calculated per MWh of electricity produced and the assumptions underpinning the calculation
3. The impact on the HVDC power flows for any proposed Central Otago solar farm between Otematata and Haywards over a normal 12 month period, a post Tiwai scenario and a low water South Island scenario
4. The impact (if any) on Aurora Energy distribution networks for the Wanaka/Tarras spur including impacts to grid stability
5. The impacts on pricing in the lower South Island market for solar feed in tarrifs, daily charges, line costs and power tariffs.

Please provide any reports, memos, meeting minutes of discussions with Aurora Energy or Transpower relating to the model including validation of assumptions and validation of the model.
