Recently the District Council refused my request for a schedule of all the
properties that have joined the Russell Wastewater Scheme which were
located outside the area of benefit.
The District Council refused this request on the grounds that it would be
too big an exercise to assemble that information.
Please provide copies of all communications, whether internal to the
Council or with external parties, relating to the processing of, and
making a decision on, my request. Communications include all emails,
letter, file notes, records of phone calls and/or conversations, and
personal recollections.
