Dear Auckland Transport,

Recently an acquaintance of ours attended an open day in Manurewa.

While there they were told that only 2 submissions have been received supporting the continuation of the 477X express buses.

Given that myself, my wife, and another person who uses the 477X have all made online submissions that we consider to be in support of continuing this service, I am concerned that the submission process is not working correctly.

Especially as none of us received any form of confirmation via another route (such as email) following completion.

Could you please confirm the number of submissions received in favour of the 477X continuing is in fact at least 3.

Alternatively, can you please supply audit and/or verification information that you are successfully receiving submissions online, and also that you have in fact received my submission.
