Parking restrictions on Margan Ave, New Lynn

Sonya Russell made this Official Information request to Auckland Transport

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Auckland Transport should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

From: Sonya Russell

Dear Auckland Transport,

Please advise when (date and time) the signs were erected on Margan Ave outside the old church (opposite the Old Woodshop) that restricts parking to 90 minutes 8am-6pm Monday to Sunday?

Yours faithfully,
Sonya Russell

Dear Auckland Transport,

I submitted an OIA request on 18 December 2017 (ref: CAS-648159-G7R1T1) and did not receive a reply within 20 days. I followed up again on 22 Feb 2018 and had no response and it is now 12 June 2018 and a response to my request is long overdue. You are required by law to respond to my request and this delay is unacceptable, particularly when my request is a simple question and does not require locating or reviewing documents.

If I do not get a response within 7 days I will be following up with the Ombudsman. I would also like an explanation for this exceptionally long delay in response and suggest you review your internal processes to deal with OIA requests.

Yours faithfully,

Sonya Russell
