From: Roger Brown

Dear New Zealand Police,

The following IPCA report notes that Crown prosecutors continued to prosecute one of Jevon McSkimming's victims for 'causing harm by posting digital communication' under section 22 of the Harmful Digital Communications Act 2015, from November 2024, through to as late as September 2025, despite the Crown having acknowledged by 28th November 2024 that the (actual) victim's allegations in the 'harmful' communications case for which she was being prosecuted were not false.

I am requesting all Police communications with Crown prosecutors regarding this prosecution from 1st November 2024- when internal damage control regarding McSkimming's abnormal lusts began- through to 30th September 2025 (the end of the month in which the case was finally dropped solely because McSkimming refused to testify).

Yours faithfully,
Roger Brown
