Chris Miller made this Official Information request to Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority

The request was refused by Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority.

From: Chris Miller

Dear Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority,

You recently refused to respond to an OIA request submitted by Alex Harris on 24 April 2012 (reference: http://fyi.org.nz/request/advice_on_chri...) due to the use of the term "housing crisis", which you say you do not recognise or acknowledge.

I would like to request a list of all such terms that would cause you to refuse to respond to an OIA request, so that interested parties can avoid using them.

Yours faithfully,

Chris Miller
