If you'd like a timely response, I'd suggest contacting DoC directly to point out you've submitted an OIA request via FYI, even though you shouldn't have to. With my own recent experience, I wasn't convinced the FYI notifications were being noticed, and repeatedly had to contact DoC directly in parallel.
