Auckland Conservancy Community project seed funding

I understand that recently Warkworth Great Barrier Island Area and Auckland Area made available significant levels of budget in order to seed community projects across the Auckland Conservancy.

Can you provide the documents to show how this money was allocated in an open and transparent manner along with correspondence between officials on which community projects were to be considered as part of this process.
