Dear Ellena

This is a clarification of a request under the official information
act, as requested.

Please advise :

(1) The names of everyone or every company who has "streamlined"
access to the motor vehicle register and can access information on
people who have advised the registrar that they do not want their
name and address disclosed.

(2) How many times each user has accessed the register.

(3) What data may be disclosed i.e. name, address date of birth,
etc

(4) The guidelines the NZTA use to justify the decision that their
request always outweighs the rights of the individual.
