A question has been raised on the period of time you wish to have the
information regarding amalgamation from. As this Council was formed in
1989, it is assumed the information is required from that date?

Hi Samuel

It is estimated the cost of obtaining the list of all positions and
matters relating to amalgamation with neighbouring Councils will take
between 2-3 hours. The Council will provide one hour of time free of
charge. However, the remaining 1-2 hours would need to be paid by you at
the rate of $38-00 per half hour for labour costs. Reasonable photocopying
will be provided free of charge.

Please advise if you are prepared to meet the estimated cost to provide
this information.
