There are three services that the New Plymouth District Council has
outsourced in the last 12 months, they are:

·         The cleaning of public toilets

·         The maintenance of rubbish bins, in the Parks service

·         The operation and maintenance of pump stations, in the
Wastewater/Sewerage service
