Dear Hon Gerry Brownlee,
I would like to request under the Official Information Act what reports or information by title and date has the Minister received as Leader of the House from the beginning of 2012.
In considering this request it maybe useful to consider the recent decision of the Ombudsmen regarding requests of this kind: http://www.ombudsmen.parliament.nz/image....
Additionally, as implied in the answer to this Question for Written Answer (http://www.parliament.nz/en-NZ/PB/Busine...) you sometimes use your private email address for Miniterial Business. I would like to request a) the email address of this email account, b) the last 5 emails sent on Ministerial business from a private email account, and c) the last 5 emails sent on Ministerial business from this email account.

I am imagining that the article in volume 7, issue 4 is the article about how the intended legislative programme of a government is able to be kept secret.
I am appealing this, because I find it hard to believe that it was "necessary" to withold every single title of a report that Gerry has received at Leader of the House in 2012 to preserve secrecy of the intended legislative programme.
