Dear Capital and Coast District Health Board,

I would like to request the following under section 12 of the Official Information Act 1982.

1. A copy of all information (guidelines, instructions, memorandums etc.) provided to C&C DHB Health Practitioners regarding the use of Opiate Substitution Treatment (OST).

2. The number of Health Practitioners within C&C DHB qualified to supervise the administration of OST.

3. The number of people currently receiving OST through C&C DHB.

4. The min, max and average length of time that people receiving OST have been treated.
