How much are the Defence Capability Management Board paid?

Dear Ministry of Defence,

Today the Secretary of Defence and Chief of Defence Forces appointed two people to the Defence Capability Management Board ("Independent Advisers Strengthen Defence Capability Board", Scoop, 3 April 2012). I would like to request the following information under the Official Information Act 1982:

* Who are the members of the Capability Management Board?
* How much are they paid per year? (in bands of $10,000, to protect privacy).

I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the fyi.org.nz website.
