Essential services to Red Zone after 30 April 2013

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Christchurch City Council should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Thank you for your response to my initial request.
In that response mention was made that "CCC and CERA have worked on a programme of cutting off wastewater and water supply to houses that have been ..."
Please send to me a copy of the "programme", if there is such a specific document, copies of correspondence received from CERA, and copies of correspondnce sent by CCC to CERA.
