I would like to know how many cases have been initiated through the courts under the Personal Protection of Property Rights Act 1988 by District Health Boards and or employees of DHBs.
I would appreciate the following breakdown:
1) Which District Health Boards and when?
2) How many cases relate to disabled people?
3) How many cases relate to elderly persons?
4) How many cases resulted in the incarceration of the subject person?
