Dear New Zealand Venture Investment Fund Limited,
Please provide information on the investments made to date by the Venture Capital Fund of Funds.

My understanding is that investment is made via limited recourse loans to other funds. Please correct me if that isn't always the case.

For each fund that has received investment please provide:

1. The name of the fund
2. The date/s of investment
3. The amount advanced on each date

Please provide details of the companies that have ultimately received funding via each of these funds.

Please provide details of any loan repayments received from these funds.

Please provide details of any adjustment to the amount of the loans outstanding, either as a result of impairment or revaluation. In each case please include details of the underlying company or companies that led to the adjustment.
