S.23[1] OIA request

Dear New Zealand Police,
I am a New Zealand citizen residing in New Zealand.
In accordance with Section 23[1] Official Information Act 1982 I request a written statement containing the undermentioned information regarding your decisions to take no effective action about the complaints detailed in my letter to you dated 31/7/12 and to ignore my letter to you dated 28/11/12.
[a] the findings on material issues of fact; and
[b] a reference to the information on which the findings were based; and
[c] the reasons for the decisions
