On 1 July 2013 you emailed a request to the Ministry for Primary
Industries, under the Official Information Act 1982, requesting for "all
advice on the establishment of Crown Irrigation Investments Limited". 
Could you please clarify what you mean by "all advice"?  Do you mean any
"policy advice provided to the Minister on the establishment of Crown
Irrigation Investments Limited"?
