Dear Katrina Stewart,

Thank you for your response but I notice that you only use trading names for the various SPCA's, this does not identify the the organization as some areas have trusts and incorporated societies, SPCA and RNZSPCA. In the case of one of them there is no organization remotely identifiable all the others are speculation.

Please provide the legal names for the various parties who have contracted to the RNZSPCA for law enforcement powers and also please advise how each comes under the umbrella of he RNZSPCA are they a member or a branch and when did they become a member or a branch.

thank you

Yours sincerely,

Grace Haden

Dear Ministry for Primary Industries Ministerials Group,

I have to wonder why I had to wait the additional time to have the information refused.

Given that these people are a private law enforcement authority there needs to be a point whee people can go to to confirm a persons right to seize animals.

why is privacy a factor for animal welfare officers but not for Private Investigators ?

I look forward to a response under the OIA

Yours sincerely,

Grace Haden
