1.    How many dwellings does Housing New Zealand own as of the date of
this request (27 February 2019)?

2.     How many of those dwellings are empty (that is, without any
tenants) as of the date of this request?

3.    Are any of those empty dwellings in the Epuni East area unit?

a.    If so, please provide a list of the addresses of all such empty
dwellings in Epuni East.

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 27 March 2019, being 20 working days after the day
your request was received by Housing New Zealand in accordance with
section 15(1) of the OIA.

 

If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of
an extension of that timeframe.

 

We may also contact you if further clarification or refinement of your
request is required to enable a decision to be made.
