please provide the "Confidential Material" in Appendix U of the 2007 "1080 Review".

As I am a tax payer, keep in mind that this information belongs to me. And as it is assessing the safety or otherwise of toxins being spread into our water supplies and Kai gathering areas it is critically important that this information is made public.
