Dear Kaipara District Council,
I would like to know how long building consents are taking both on average and at the extremes and whether this relates to the valuation of the consent.
Please provide a table showing for each building consent issued between June 2017 and June 2018 the elapsed time between the initial filing and issuing of the consent along with the associated valuation.
e.g
Filing Date, Issue Date, Valuation (000s)
yyyy-mm-dd, yyyy-mm-dd, $

If privacy issues prevent this then please provide a frequency table showing the number of consents whose elapsed time took 1 week, 2 weeks 3 weeks etc up to the longest elapsed time.

Dear Administration Requests,
Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, it does not correctly meet the OIA request.
1. You have provided figures for processing days and end date. But not the elapsed time between the initial filing and completion which includes both KDC processing time and client handling time.
I am interested in the total time taken for consents.
2. The response claims to be a spreadsheet but is actually PDF file and is in a form that does not allow accurate transfer to a spreadsheet. Please provide the data as a Text CSV file or Excel Spreadsheet .XLS file.
