Hi Julie

 

Thank you for your request for consultancy costs and work relating to the
Browns Road wastewater irrigation site.  Our team have started working on
your response but unfortunately due to the format our systems are in it is
taking longer than we anticipated to gather just the Browns Rd figures. 
All consultant costs are together under one general ledger code.  Also
being the end and beginning of our financial year some of our actual and
budget figures have not yet been calculated.  We estimate it could take a
further two weeks to provide the information requested.

 

Therefore under section 14 (1)(a) of the LGOIMA I am extending your
request until the 26 July 2023.  You have the right under section 27(3) to
make a complaint to the Ombudsman about this extension.  I apologize if
this causes any inconvenience.

consultants for the Browns Road Farm to date is $121,398.

 

The work carried out includes:

o Sampling work
o advice on air quality
o irrigation advice
o customer liaison
