Please provide me with a list of all Royal Commissions, Commission of Inquiry and Ministerial Inquiries held since 2007 and the name(s) of their chairperson(s). Please also provide me with the names (and chairs) of any Royal Commissions and Commissions of Inquiry held during the 1990s.
Helen Cull QC chaired two ministerial inquiries – into the health system and the fire service - in 2000. When did each inquiry begin and end?

Please provide me with a list of all Royal Commissions, Commission of
Inquiry and Ministerial Inquiries held since 2007 and the name(s) of their
chairperson(s). Please also provide me with the names (and chairs) of any
Royal Commissions and Commissions of Inquiry held during the 1990s.
Helen Cull QC chaired two ministerial inquiries – into the health system
and the fire service - in 2000. When did each inquiry begin and end?
A response will be provided in accordance with the Act.
The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) may publish the
response to your Official Information Act (OIA) request.
When you are provided with a response to this request, you will be
informed about whether the response to your OIA request will be published.
If DPMC does publish the response to your OIA request, personal
information, including your name and contact details, will be removed.

June 2019.
