Response to this request is long overdue. By law Ministry of Health should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Dear Ministry of Health,

I would like to request copies of all of the most recent audit reports for Newborn Hearing Screening and Early Intervention Programmes from the audit teams completed during site visits. I believe there are 12-14 reports for participating DHBs which would be available from the National Screening Unit, completed during the past 1-2 years.
