Dear Transport Accident Investigation Commission,

On Sunday 21.10.2018 @ around 4.45 - 5.15pm my vehicle hit the back of another vehicle. It is a three lane road, 2 going straight and the other for right hand turning into Jaemont Ave. The vehicle in front was in the second lane with their indicator on to turn right BUT stopped right in front of us (going straight). The car in front kept driving and pulled over further down the road, No one got out. While my partner got out to look at the damage (I was on the phone to the police) the other vehicle took off. We were unable to get the license plate details. If you could please assist, this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi again, I forgot to ask if you could please supply CCTV footage as well as the other vehicles License Plate details, from the traffic lights intersection on Te Atatu South Road and Jaemont Ave and Vera Road, Te Atatu South Auckland on the 21.10.2018, between 4.45pm and 5.15pm.
