Dear MidCentral District Health Board,

I have examined your financial statement prepared at 30/6/2017 and the Schedules published by the Ministry of Health. Since I am not specialized in the health sector as well as finance, if possible, could you please explain me more detail on the following terminologies:

1. The net results are classified into different categories such as Funder, Provider, Governance and Consolidation. Besides, I also found "Eliminations" reflected in "Cost of Services Statement by Division". Could you please provide more detail explanation on this classification and the differences among these items.

2. What is the "Payment to non-Health Board Providers" and its component?
