Dear Department of Corrections,
I would like to request the following information.
How many previous imprisonable offences does the general prison population have on average?
How many previous imprisonable offences do offenders being convicted of their first strike offence have on average?
How many previous imprisonable offences do offenders being convicted of their second strike offence have on average?
How many previous imprisonable offences do offenders being convicted of their third strike offence have on average?
Of all offenders currently incarcerated for drug offences, how many are imprisoned for an offence relating to possession of drugs, and how many are imprison for sale or trafficking of drugs.
Of all offenders currently incarcerated for drug offences how many are imprisoned for offences relating to Marijuana/Cannabis possession.
Of all offenders currently incarcerated for drug offences how many are imprisoned for offences relating to Marijuana/Cannabis sale or trafficking.
Of all offenders currently incarcerated for drug offences, how many are also convicted of violent offences which were imposed at the same time.

I am following up in regard to this request from the 4th of October. I note that there was an interim response sent on November 02 advising that more time was required, however this extension expired on the November 29, it is now December 04. When can this response be expected?
