Unsolicited Unique Proposals to government departments.

Please provide details of the number of Unsolicited Unique Proposals
submitted to MBIE in the last 3 years.

Please provide details of the number of Unsolicited Unique Proposals that
have been successful and have resulted in contracts being put in place in
the last 3 years.

Please provide sufficient details of the spend area for any contracts
coming from successful Unsolicited Unique Proposals.
