Under the OIA & Constitutional Act 1986 I require the following.
A copie of all documentation from New Zealand Goverment that gives them the right to sell State Owned assets. Without the majority consent of New Zealand Sovereign citizens born pre 1986.
I am a NZ born citizen pre 1986.

Since the NZ Goverment has never actioned a referendum
with all sovereign citizens of NZ to decide how we are governed & how our laws are instigated & acted upon how can the NZ goverment sell state owned assets that are owned by all NZ born sovereign citizens without there full consent. Can you please supply me with the joint agreement between NZ born sovereign citizens & the NZ Goverment that gives the Goverment the right to sell state owned assets.

Since there has never been a referendum completed within New Zealand on how. The New Zealand born Sovereign Citizens are governed & how our laws are implicated. How can the New Zealand Goverment or Parliament sell State owned assets which are owned by New Zealand born Sovereign Citizens. Without the consent of the majority of the New Zealand born Sovereign Citizens.
So can you please supply me with a copie of the completed referendum by New Zealand born Sovereign Citizens which would then give the New Zealand Goverment or Parliament the right to sell state owened assets which are owned by New Zealand born Sovereign Citizens.
