Under the OIA & Constitutional Act 1986 I require the following.
A copie of all documentation from New Zealand Goverment that gives them the right to sell State Owned assets. Without the majority consent of New Zealand Sovereign citizens born pre 1986.
I am a NZ born citizen pre 1986

On behalf of Hon Tony Ryall, Minister for State Owned Enterprises, thank
you for your email below requesting information under the Official
Information Act 1982.

 

You can expect a reply within 20 working days.  Please also note that a
working day is defined in the Act as ‘any day of the week other than a
Saturday, Sunday, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Labour Day, the
Sovereign's birthday, Waitangi Day and a day in the period commencing 25
December in any year and ending 15 January in the following year’.
