Three of you Ministers have been provided with documentation in regards to
a deceased estate trust

Financing Statement

 

It was requested Ministers that you correct the record in your system,
identifying the true owner, beneficiary of the deceased estate trust.

 

I have provided to you, evidence that there are two documents that
represent two different identities. One is proof of the trust number the
other is proof of the beneficiary.

 

To get clarification of the the deceased estate trust document and why it
is called deceased, look up the word birth in the NZ legislation, [Births,
Deaths, Marriages and Relationships Act 1995, 2 Interpretation, this
should explain.

 

To get clarification of the RG 27 or BDM 27 form template go to; Births
and Deaths Registration (Forms) Regulations 1953, form no: 9. the word
Stillborn is on that form. The RG 27 is an older version of the form
showing [If child born dead..]

 

A request to close the file of the Trust, the De-Materialised bank
account, surrender the CUSIP number. You have the opportunity to check the
details and the documents and all the numbers provided in the Financing
Statement addressed to the Bailee.

 

Treasury you shall record the correct details from the RG 27 aka
Particulars for Registration of Birth aka BDM 27 upon your records and
close the file of the estate trust.

 

Treasury members you were provided with certified true documents witnessed
by a JP in accordance with the High Court Rule 2016 and the Oaths and
Declarations Act 1957, Certificate of Power of Attorney fingerprinted as
proof.
