Ex Gang Member- Denied entry

Aaron made this Official Information request to New Zealand Customs Service

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Aaron to read a recent response and update the status.

From: Aaron

Dear New Zealand Customs Service,

If in previous years, you are associated with a gang-
What is the process NZ Customs, Interpol and other government agencies alert other countries which then leads to being denied entry to countries purely on the fact that there was gang involvement in a prior life

This has now happenned twice within the last 12 months with entry being denied

If this is no longer the case- and an individual is being discriminated against because of prior connections, how would one that has now dissaciated themself with the club, go about travelling with no prior convictions,

Yours faithfully,
Aaron Martin

Yes, I would like to clarify the below to receive the information.

What info is given by New Zealand Immigration/Interpol to external countries relating to New Zealand citizens travelling abroad, alerting them in advance that someone with no criminal history, is travelling to their country- therefor the holiday visa getting denied, based on incorrect data, and how would one go about proving to Immigration/interpol dissasociation with a motorcycle club, then able to continue living life.

Yours sincerely,

Aaron
