transcripts and notes pertaining to his case File No. 170423/1696.  

I have considered your request under the Privacy Act 1993. Your request is
refused pursuant to the following sections:
·            Section 27(1)(c) to avoid prejudice to the maintenance of
law, including the prevention, investigation, and detection of offences,
and the right to a fair trial;

 
Your request is covered within the bounds of the Criminal Disclosure Act,
I would suggest you make a request for Criminal Disclosure to

right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner and seek a
review and investigation of my decision.
