The Nelson Marlborough District Health Board acknowledges receipt of your

Subject: Official Information request - Number of GP Surgeries using
Patient Portals

 

Dear Nelson Marlborough District Health Board,

 

I wish to know the number of GP doctor's surgeries in the NnMarl DHB
region.

 

Secondly please provide the number of those that have active online
patient portals.

 

I'd also like to have a separate break out for the number of GP surgeries,
based first in Blenheim and then Picton, where active online patient
portals are available.

 

Lastly, if you could provide the name or address of those GP surgeries in
the Blenheim area only who are currently using patient portals then that
would be most helpful too.
